It does seem, plausibly, a very real response, an immediate response to what
we're doing, but we sampled some of the discussion yesterday, and it's clear that we've got an opportunity to really re-shape the terms of discussion, on the question of the management of the Biosphere for the long term. It's the secret story of the new development of the United States about to be forced into motion.
